Apple’s MacBook Air – the thinnest laptop in the world

And we have another revolution. Today Steve Jobs showed Apple’s latest set of gadgets and among them what he called MacBook Air.

In its thinnest spot the MacBook Air has only 0.16 inch and in its thickest spot it is 0.76 inch. There are some interesting features of MacBook Air, for instance it does not have any optical drive built in, but it can wirelessly transfer all the information from a nearby Mac or PC’s drive.

MacBook Air has a 13,3” LED-backlit screen, comfortable keyboard which glows in the dark, 2 gigabyte RAM as a standard, Intel Core 2 duo processor and of course a camera. You can already pre-order this stunner which would cost you $1799 and get till the end of the month, but you should bear in mind some important information. There are some drawbacks to MacBook Air, namely you cannot replace the hard drive, memory and even battery.
