iPhone 1.1.3 firmware update

Apple is going to update the firmware in all iPhones later this month.

The latest version - 1.1.3 will enable iPhone users to customize the main screen, to move icons and make web shortcuts on the homescreen, or in fact any of 9 homescreens which can be easily changed. One more thing that is going to be added is the support of group SMS messages. But it’s not only that you can send a message to many people at the same time - the software remembers the recipient so you can quickly send another message to the same group of people.

The last, but not least is the upgrade of The Maps. Now your iPhone will automatically show you where you are and how to get you any place you want to go. As it’s not GPS it might take some time to think and so it might be quite difficult to use when driving, but it’s a step forwards.
