It might seem similar to other Lumix models, but it’s slightly more compact and more powerful.

Aimed at the lower price brackets Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ7 is a digital camera for the whole family. It measures 99 x 62 x 33 millimeters and is rather light – merely 239 grams. The DMC-LZ7 features more advanced “Mega O.I.S.” (Optical Image Stabilization) and good quality lens allowing 6x optical zoom.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ7 has only 27MB of internal memory, but if can of course be extended with the use of an SD card. With its 2.5-inch colour display, picture resolution up to 3,072 x 2,304 pixels, 6x optical zoom and ‘Extended Optical Zoom’ up to 9x at 3 megapixels, and many intelligent modes you can take some really nice photos with it. And Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ7 should cost only about $150-$200.
