iPod Touch and iPhone update!

Probably everyone interested in the latest technology, including people reading this blog of course, has heard about the Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch so I will not go into detail what it all is.

The important thing today is that Apple has finally updated both of them and now both the Phone and iPod touch have reasonable capacities. Let’s start from the beginning. With it’s premiere the iPhone was available in two different varieties: 4GB and 8GB. Fortunately Apple resigned from the 4GB version (nobody bought it anyway) and lowered the 8GB’s price. And now for additional $100 you can buy 16GB iPhone which is nod bad for a mobile.

The iPod touch originally had 8GB or 16GB flash memory and it was updated as well. So now there are three versions of iPod Touch: the above mentioned two and the new 32GB one. Finally you can store a few films and a few GB of music without too many uneasy compromises.

To sum up, the iPhone now comes in two varieties: 8GB for $399 and 16GB for $499.
The iPod touch comes in three varieties: 8GB for $299, 16GB for $399, and 32GB for $499.
