Samsung LN-T4071F is a nice looking 40-inch LCD TV with high refresh rate and all the essential features and accessories.
It is not only visually attractive, but also a powerful device for viewing simply everything: video games, film photos, etc. As always Samsung focused on sleek, minimalist design and functionality, so its LN-T4071F is finished with piano black lacquer with hidden speakers. As a standard it comes with a detachable table stand. It is 43 inches wide, 27 inches high and with the table stand 11 inches deep. It is also not really heavy, only 43 pounds without the stand and 52 pounds with it, although I don’t think that it is meant to be moved very often.
Samsung LN-T4071F has a semi-gloss 40-inch 16×9 LCD screen with native resolution 1080p, but working well also in 1920×1080. The new Samsung LCD TV has 8-milisecon response time, 178-degree viewing angle and a contrast ratio of 25,000:1. The two 10W built-in speakers are side-mounted and offer Trusurround sound effects. Samsung LN-T4071F has plenty of connection options and in that: two 1080p-capable inputs and three 1080p HDMI 1.3 inputs. In addition to that, it has also a PC input, an analog and digital audio inputs and of course a USB 2.0 input should you want to browse some digital photos directly from your camera.
Samsung LN-T4071F features a 120Hz refresh rate and has Auto Motion “anti-blur” technology which makes the displayed image really lifelike. LN-T4071F’s remote is a little graceless when compared to the LCD TC itself, but you can get accustomed to it really quickly.
Despite its many options LN-T4071F’s menus are not messy and even without reading the manual there should be no problems navigate though them. All in all, it is a really good LCD TV and really worth its price. Although Samsung’s suggested price is about $2,400 you can find it a lot cheaper if you look carefully.
